Our dental membership plans feature an affordable monthly payment that offers bundled services at reduced fees as well as significant savings on additional treatment. Our goal is to help our valued patients receive the exceptional care they need and desire for themselves without the constraints of traditional “insurance”.

ADULT MEMBERSHIP PLAN

Our Annual Membership Plan is designed to help you maintain and afford the basic dental care you need for a healthy smile. The plan covers one year and includes comprehensive exams and two cleanings. It also provides the benefit of discounts for general care that might be found during a regular dental visit.

needs and desires. Best yet, your employees will be getting world class care because you care about them.

This membership package is for preventive care services only and does not include services for medical conditions, illnesses or emergencies. Non-transferable. Cannot be combined with any other dental plan coverage or discount. Discounts under the membership plan do not apply to any treatment prior to joining. This is NOT a dental insurance plan and can only be used at this practice. Billing services for our membership plan are provided through EC.
